Elmark, the newest addition to the BEAM segment of the BSE

Elmark Invest, part of the Elmark Holding which specializes in the production and distribution of electrical and lighting equipment, started trading on the BEAM growth market yesterday. Without an IPO, the company only listed its shares, amounting to 4 555 000 with BGN 1.00 nominal value per share. The latest financial statements show a H1’22 revenue of BGN 23M (up 14.6% YoY) and net income of BGN 0.9M (up 5.2% YoY).
