Another Bulgarian IT company is planning an IPO
Bulgarian IT company Allterco announced it has filed an initial public offering (IPO) prospectus to the local financial regulator for approval.
Allterco is a mobile services provider, with offices in Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Serbia, Kosovo, Hungary, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, and the U.S. It offers direct and indirect access to almost 1 billion users worldwide.
The Bulgarian IT company develops software for telecomm industry and its customers include mobile operators, media and advertising agencies, state agencies, SMEs, financial institutions, etc.

According to 2014 earnings report revenues amount at BGN 1,94 mln. and profit – at BGN 740 000.
The company represents a holding structure headed by the founder of the business Dimitar Dimitrov.
