The public offering of 15 346 305 new shares of ELANA AgroCredit will start on 23rd of March 2015.

The issue price is BGN 1.02 per share and the minimum number of shares to be subscribed is 3 shares. Every stock can have issued 1 stock right that allows subscription of 3 new shares. The subscription of new shares will continue till 7th April 2015. Public offering will be considered successful with the subscription of minimum 5 mln. shares.
