ELANA Trading has prepared the prospectus for an IPO on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange of Sirma Group Holding, one of the largest software groups in Southeast Europe. The document has been submitted for approval at the Financial Supervision Commission. ELANA Trading was selected to manage the group IPO in the beginning of 2015.

On Dec 4, 2014, the shareholders of Sirma Group Holding have decided to offer potential new investors through an IPO 16 mln. new shares. The issue price will be determined in the range of BGN 1.20 to BGN 1.65 per share. The group aims at increasing the number of shares from 49,837,156 to a total of 65,837,156.

Sirma Group Holding will be the first large company from the fast-growing Bulgarian IT sector to get listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
