ELANA Trading was ranked again as Best Broker of the Year in the annual Bulgarian brokers’ ranking of Banker Weekly. This is the 5th year in a row the broker is selected the best in the industry and in total for this ranking the company was rated for sixth time.

2017 in numbers

In 10 months of the year ELANA Trading has contributed to the Bulgairan Stock Exchange with a turnover of BGN 71 mln., scoring a 60% increase compared to the same period last year. Approx. 20 thousand deals were made for the same timeframe. Traders in ELANA BG Trader, the broker’s won trading platform, increased with 38% and reached 3 172.

In 2017 ELANA Trading got a third contract for market-maker and started working for the leading steel panel radiator producer in Bulgaria. The company is market-maker for IT leader Sirma Group Holding and the first ETF on local index SOFIX – SOFIX – EXPAT BULGARIA SOFIX UCITS ETF.

In 2017 has managed 3 equity tender procedures – for the shares of Unipack, Unipharm and IHB Electric. The broker place one bond issue – EUR 5.3 mln. of ELANA Agrocredit. As of November 2017 ELANA Trading manages the bond issue of Monbat (EUR 30 mln.).

Previous awards

ELANA Trading was ranked Best Broker of the Year in 2010 for the first time. Since 2013 the company continues to hold the same position every year. In 26 years of business operation ELANA Trading was awarded with 25 prizes within national industry rankings.
